Pemberley, in the lush cool wine region of Pemberton, which influenced by the cold Southern Ocean has created cool pristine growing conditions that are perfect for sparkling wines.

This is our premier Sparkling. Hand-picked from select vines on the steep Cliff Block of our vineyard and bottle fermented in the French traditional method. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blended and aged for a minimum of 4 years on lees to become a fine example of sparkling wine.
