Farm Fresh Truffle Sea Salt is "all natural", as opposed to containing artificial essence which is found in most truffle products. The salt is “Pyramid Flake Sea Salt” which comes from the unpolluted ancestral Australian seabeds, under the Loddon plains in VIC. This has been combined with fresh Périgord Truffle, produced on farms using minimal inputs and loving family labour.
